1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using FancyWin App in any capacity, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and that you agree to be bound by them. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and FancyWin App. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.

3 Account Registration

Each player may hold only one active account on FancyWin App. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are detected, FancyWin App reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or pending withdrawals.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

FancyWin App processes all transactions in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your account balance promptly after confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within the cashier section of your FancyWin App account.

Withdrawals on FancyWin App are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible. This is a standard anti-fraud measure. If the original payment method is unavailable, FancyWin App support will advise on the available alternatives.

• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once the funds have been credited to your FancyWin App account balance.

5 Bonuses and Promotions

FancyWin App offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated at the time the bonus is offered, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific bonus terms take precedence.

• Bonuses are credited to your FancyWin App account as bonus funds, not real money, until wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Wagering requirements specify how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as stated) must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made.
• Not all games on FancyWin App contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type is stated in the relevant bonus terms.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on FancyWin App use certified random number generators (RNG) to determine outcomes. Game results are independent of previous results and cannot be influenced by the player or by FancyWin App. The RNG certification ensures that all outcomes are genuinely random and fair.

In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system malfunction during a game round, FancyWin App will attempt to resolve the situation fairly. If a game round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the bet for that round will be refunded to your account balance. FancyWin App's decision on technical disputes is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed once the game round has begun.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games on FancyWin App and are displayed within each game interface.
• FancyWin App reserves the right to void bets placed at incorrect odds or on games affected by a technical error.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on FancyWin App. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, investigation, and potentially permanent closure with forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating more than one FancyWin App account, whether personally or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tool to place bets or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in FancyWin App for financial gain.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to make deposits.
• Attempting to launder money or use FancyWin App for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false information during registration or verification processes.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing FancyWin App staff or other players through any communication channel.

8 Responsible Gaming

FancyWin App is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all players. 11 Account Termination

FancyWin App reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we have reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform.

Players may also request the closure of their own FancyWin App account at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method, subject to any outstanding verification requirements being met.

Accounts that have been closed due to a breach of these Terms and Conditions are not eligible for a balance refund. FancyWin App's decision on account closure matters is final, though players may submit a formal complaint through the support channel if they believe a closure was made in error.

12 Changes to Terms

FancyWin App reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
